Feeling the warmth, love and comfort
from a man that lives in your heart,
you ponder, fantasize and imagine
thoroughly picking this passion apart.
You ache for his touch, and safe place to hide
to be held in his strong arms,
to have him there by your side.
To lay your head upon his warm chest
every inch of his body, you ache to caress.
You ache to hear the whisper of 'I love you so'
and the care his eyes hold, saying 'I'll never let go.'
To have him wipe away the falling tears that stream
forever aching to have him with you,
and not only in your dreams.
